Thanks for checking out my small slice of the culinary world!

My culinary journey started out with friendly, informal cooking competitions with my wife many years ago - she was still my girlfriend back then, and we've been going strong for over 15 years!

Over the years, I have come to realize my passion for creating and sharing delicious meals.

This passion has led to organizing rib cook-off competitions with family and friends, providing full-service dining experiences for Mother's Day and other special occasions, and serving large crowds at community events.

I'm excited to do more and I look forward to serving you, as well!
